I am a living womban and wife to a great living man who is a bicycle shop owner and a fly-fisherman. I am honest, down-to-earth, ambitious, ethical, and mission-driven. Additionally, I’m a mother and educator to one cosmic visionary son who lives with medical complexities, but even more ambition, intellect, and resilience; a living legend of an incredible soul; a walking miracle!
Passionately, I love to read, sing, and serve on all things autonomy: whole-body, mind, and soul. I enjoy cycling, fishing, yoga, gardening, creating nourishing meals, transforming water for full-spectrum living, and adventuring in nature.
Professionally, I am a Home Health CNA caregiver, I offer private nanny support to community families, and I am a proponent for a few monumental movements. Scroll on for details of my affiliations!

If you’re local to the Denver, Colorado metro area, stop by our bicycle retail store, Velosoul Cyclery, in Englewood! We offer a great variety of brands in both bikes and accessories for sale, and we service all brands of bicycles. Zach is my husband and the owner. He and his team can help you with all your pedaling needs! Disclosure: we have a bike shop cat who may become a shoulder scarf on visitors. Beware!
Personal Protection
The safety of women and children is a passion of mine, one that is very near and dear to my heart. Damsel in Defense began with mothers like me, who saw a need to help other women.
